Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• A flat return shipping fee of E£60.00 applies to all returns.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Returns are only accepted in cases of:
  • Manufacturer defects, or
  • Incorrect items received (wrong order)
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
